Prosciutto Filling for Calzones

This is a wonderful recipe for a calzone filling. The combination of ricotta cheese, prosciutto, parmesan, parsley and garlic make a calzone filling everyone is sure to love.

Ingredients -

1 1/2 Pounds Ricotta Cheese
3 Slices Prosciutto, (1/2 ounce), diced
3 Tablespoons Romano Cheese, grated
3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 Clove Garlic, minced
Sea Salt, to taste

Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
 
Preparation:
  1. Mix together the ricotta cheese, prosciutto, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
