Prosciutto Tiger Prawns and Bacon Paella

The combination of prosciutto, tiger prawns and bacon with a mixture of crab, chicken, pork and chorizo makes this dish tasty, gorgeous and extra special.
Ingredients -
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Pounds Tiger Prawns
Whole Crabs
1 Pound Squid
1 Pound Clams
2 pounds pork meat (in cubes)
4 Chicken Breasts (in quarters)
2 Pounds Prosciutto (in cubes)
2 Pounds Bacon (in cubes)
4 1 Pound Pre-Cooked Rice Packages
Green Beans
Red Pepper
2 Cans Artichokes Hearts
6 Pieces of Spanish Chorizo
1 Garlic Head
Turmeric
Chicken Bouillon
Water
 
Preparation:

1. In a paellera, heat olive oil and add all of the garlic (unpeeled) until they are brown.

2. Set aside.

3. Cook the bacon and the chorizo until they are well cooked.

4. Add the prosciutto and squids and cook until all water is absorbed.

5. Add the pork and cook until brown.

6. Add the chicken until the mixture is well cooked.

7. In another bowl, mix the water, turmeric and the chicken bouillon.

8. Heat.

9. Add rice to the meats and add the vegetables.

10. Garnish with shrimp, clams and crabs.

11. Add water to the mixture and let it cook for a short amount of time.

12. Add enough water to cook and cover with a cotton fabric.

13. When all water is absorbed, let it stand covered for 15 minutes.

If you don’t have any Turmeric you can always substitute the spice with azafran.
