1. In a paellera, heat olive oil and add all of the garlic (unpeeled) until they are brown.
2. Set aside.
3. Cook the bacon and the chorizo until they are well cooked.
4. Add the prosciutto and squids and cook until all water is absorbed.
5. Add the pork and cook until brown.
6. Add the chicken until the mixture is well cooked.
7. In another bowl, mix the water, turmeric and the chicken bouillon.
8. Heat.
9. Add rice to the meats and add the vegetables.
10. Garnish with shrimp, clams and crabs.
11. Add water to the mixture and let it cook for a short amount of time.
12. Add enough water to cook and cover with a cotton fabric.
13. When all water is absorbed, let it stand covered for 15 minutes.
