Prosciutto Tiger Prawns And Pasta Salad

The amazing taste and texture of tiger prawns with prosciutto, sundried tomatoes, cheese and pasta is pure and simple one of the best.
Ingredients -
1 Pound Large Tiger Prawns (fresh)
1 Box Orzo Pasta
1 Small Package Frozen Peas
7 Slices Prosciutto (chopped)
4 Tablespoons Marinated Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil (chopped)
1 Full Cups Italian Fontina Cheese (cubed)
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to Taste
 
Preparation:

1. Cook prawns and chill; cut into thirds.

2. Cook the pasta until al dente.

3. Drizzle a little olive oil over it to keep separated.

4. Mix the prawns and pasta together.

5. Add the unthawed and not cooked peas.

6. Add the sun dried tomatoes and the cheese.

7. Salt and pepper the mixture to your taste.

8. Mix with mayonnaise until desired consistency.

9. Put chopped prosciutto on top.

 



Cooking Tip
Fontina Cheese
You do not have to use fontina cheese. You can use any cheese of your choise. Just make sure that the cheese that you select melts well.

Large Shrimp

If you don’t have access to tiger prawns the it is fine if you just use large shrimp. The you just need to decrease the recipe. Just feel it out and you can tell what you need to modify.
