This is one of the easiest appetizers you could ever make and it’s absolutely delicious. Your guests will think it took you forever, but you’ll be the only one to know.
Spread Dijon mustard to taste on the pastry sheets.
Cover the pastry with a layer of prosciutto, then Parmesan cheese.
Roll the sheets, beginning at the long side.
Cut into 1 inch thick sections.
Arrange the sections on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
